There are often extras available, and it’s worth discovering. You will usually save more by using preferred providers; we can help you learn how to find a provider. Hopefully, everything goes as expected. However, we know sometimes things don’t go as well as expected. We can also help you learn how to file a complaint or appeal a claims decision. If you need help with billing, want to change plans, or cancel your enrollment, we will help.
We will also explain the potential effect of plan changes on future options. If your plan changes annually, we will offer time to review your Annual Notice of Change for your current plan, discuss any changes to your needs and situation, and discuss emerging market trends. We closely monitor new benefits and changing market conditions so you don’t have to.
